Orange Rouge, Visit to the “Sur l’envers” Exhibition in Aubervilliers (93)

The works created by pupils from Orange Rouge’s partner secondary schools and the artists associated with the project were exhibited from 15 February to 9 March 2024 at the POUSH artistic nursery in Aubervilliers. In a playful nod to Fashion Week taking place the same week, the curator, Andréanne Béguin, conceived the exhibition as an “inverted reflection”: the grand hall presented works in the tones of a parade (costume, picnic on the grass, abstract reproduction of Monet’s Water Lilies, …), while the more intimate dressing rooms offered works inviting recreation and rest (preparatory sketchbooks, reinvented games, remoulded resource objects, …).
