Môm’artre

Developing everyone’s potential while promoting equal opportunities.

For twenty years, Môm’artre has been helping to reveal children’s talents by putting them in contact with artists.

The association, created in 2008 at the initiative of a single mother, set itself the mission of providing childcare adapted to single-parent and/or low-income families while developing access to culture and academic success for these children. Each year, together with its professional artists, it supports more than 10,000 children and young people from low-income neighborhoods in the Île-de-France, Pays de la Loire, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, and Hauts-de-France regions.

The organization runs nine arts welcoming spaces serving children aged 4 to 11 and implements artistic projects in partner facilities for young people aged 0 to 18. Through its training division, it trains more than 2,000 childcare and cultural professionals each year.

In 2024, the association reached 12,795 children, trained 2,047 culture and childhood professionals, thanks to the contribution of 724 people including 117 employees.

MFG supports two branches affected by extreme poverty: Bondy and Argenteuil.
