Les Passeurs de curiosités, Partners Committee
Milk for Good was invited, along with other funders, to a morning review session with the association Les Passeurs de Curiosités at their new premises. These offer incomparably greater comfort than the previous location, as they allow the team to have their office, parking, and meeting rooms all in one place — right in the heart of the 19th arrondissement of Paris, where they are most active.
The morning included a look back at the association’s beginnings, its development and its thinking around its own structure. Today, Les Passeurs de Curiosités in numbers:
- Three tools — the Wonderlab, the Museum Kit, and hands-on workshops,
- Six themes — Urban biodiversity, Coral reef, Amazon rainforest, Interspecies cooperation, Curiosities of the living world, and the Kitchen garden,
- Four internal departments:
- Education, to contribute to educational success (in and out of school) and the wellbeing of the class group,
- Social connection, to create quality moments of encounter around the living world with families,
- Culture, to raise awareness among the general public,
- Events, for companies and institutions wishing to organise team activities.
In 2024–2025, the association reached 3,000 people, including 2,800 children, across 423 play sessions requiring over 600 hours of facilitation — all thanks to a team of two staff members, one intern and five part-time mediators. Congratulations to the whole team!
