To achieve this, the organization combines field-based initiatives that demonstrate the benefits of learning by doing for middle school students with research and advocacy efforts aimed at transforming teaching methods by bridging theoretical concepts and practical, hands-on experience.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2021 by Gabrielle L\u00e9geret, the organization is reshaping perceptions of skilled trades through an educational methodology that combines local craft techniques with the school curriculum. This approach gives middle school students the opportunity to put the theoretical concepts they learn in the classroom into practice.
